Description
The hydraulic loading bridges bridge the gap and height difference between the dock and the trailer. They also compensate for the up and down flow of the trailer floor during loading. A loading dock includes a ramp (hinged along the rear edge) and a lip (hinged at the front of the ramp). When not in use, the loading dock is stored in a neutral position, flush with the loading platform floor. To use a loading dock, the operator lifts the ramp and the lip swings out. With the lip extended, the operator lowers the ramp until the lip rests on the truck.
This is the most versatile of the pit-style levelers. One hydraulic cylinder is used to raise and lower the tire, while another is usually used to operate the lip.
Characteristics
- The slope of the unloading platform uses structured steel plate, which has good anti-slip performance and can effectively prevent the vehicle from slipping.
- The side of the unloading platform is equipped with safety facilities such as anti-rolling foot protection ring and maintenance support bar, which can fully ensure operator safety.
- The end plate and corner are adjustable for easy connection with the truck.
- The height of the unloading platform is ±10°, which is suitable for docking trucks at different heights.
- The hydraulic system of the unloading platform uses advanced integrated modular hydraulic station, which has the advantages of stable operation, low noise and no leakage. The electrical control adopts the form of a single operation button to realize the whole movement of boarding the bridge.
